safari books: request a title

if you cannot find a title on safari books online, you can request it; for some reason, it is on the feedback form – don't try to look for a 'title request' item on the main page.  you will have to go to the support site, as described here:

i don't know (i could not find it) if this can be reached from the dashboard after being logged in as a subscriber, where i think is more useful; it should be displayed prominently, for example in the 'tools' menu item.
