two days ago, i developed a little pain in the sole of my right foot; i thought i had stepped on something hard. and yesterday, the pain had become noticeable and i had to limp. i examined the sole for any wound or sore or something embedded but none whatsoever. but this morning, i woke up and found that the pain was unbearable when i took the first steps after i got out of bed. after a little walking about the house and (standing in prayer,) the pain subsided a little. this must be due to circulation or perhaps some other known issue, i told myself.
the first results on my search returned with plantar fasciitis, which upon preliminary examination appears to be cause of the pain; and if the pain worsens by next week, i will have to see a doctor. here are the links though:
